True to its name, Villa DAR 127 is a hidden gem of serenity, nestled on the edge of one of Marrakech’s most prestigious golf courses. Set within a beautifully landscaped 1,200 m² garden, the villa is surrounded by flourishing local vegetation, elegant palm trees, and mature olive trees. At its heart lies a 15 x 4 meter heated swimming pool, flanked by eight sun loungers—an inviting space to unwind in total privacy while soaking in the views of the golf course. For your convenience, a 6-seater golf cart is available for easy and enjoyable travel within the estate.
To ensure an effortless and comfortable stay, the villa includes the services of a private cook, cleaning staff, and a housekeeper (based on the number of guests), as well as a gardener responsible for maintaining the pool and grounds.
The villa is located in the famous Domaine du Royal Palm, km 12, route d’Amizmiz, 15 minutes from the Medina and all the activities of Marrakech. You will find around and less than 5 minutes away, 5 other golf courses (Samanah golf, Noria golf, Atlas Golf, Montgomerie golf, Argan golf), and 15 minutes away is the Assoufid golf course and the Palm golf Ourika.
Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
