The property features five spacious suites, each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional bedroom (without a bathroom). The interior includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, a traditional Moroccan lounge with a TV, and a welcoming dining area. The décor, inspired by contemporary Moroccan design, infuses the villa with a warm, oriental charm that invites rest and relaxation in the peaceful Marrakech countryside.
Outdoors, the villa opens onto a stunning garden, ideal for enjoying long summer evenings. A large heated swimming pool (available upon request with supplement) completes this tranquil setting.
A dedicated staff is at your service throughout your stay, including a cook to prepare your meals, a housekeeper to assist you, and a caretaker responsible for pool maintenance. A gardener tends the park daily, ensuring everything remains in pristine condition.
Residence of 6 villas perfectly secure in a park of 7 hectares beautifully planted, located at km 14, road Ouarzazate. You are calm while being close to the activities of Marrakech: Amelkis, Royal and Al Maaden golf courses are 10 minutes, the other 6 golf courses are accessible in 15 to 30 minutes and the Jemaa El Fna square is 20 minutes.
Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
