2 Days To Zagora Desert | Private Experience
Day 1 : Marrakech - Aït-ben-Haddou - The Drâa Valley - Zagora
You will leave Marrakech at 8:00 a.m. for a memorable adventure to Zagora. You will cross the Tizi-N-Tichka pass at an altitude of 2,260 m, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Berber villages nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains.
Your first stop, the legendary Kasbah of Aït-ben-Haddou, will transport you into the fascinating history of this architectural marvel. You will continue your journey through the Middle Atlas, passing through the Berber village of Agdez and the Drâa Valley, where palm trees stretch as far as the eye can see. You will immerse yourself in the lush vegetation before entering the magnificent desert.
Once you arrive in Zagora, you will have an unforgettable experience by riding a camel to admire the sunset in the desert. If you prefer, you can also take a quad ride in the desert dunes ( Extra Charge ). You will end this magical day with a traditional dinner and spend the night in an authentic Berber khaïma.
Day 2 : Zagora - The Drâa Valley - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
You will start the day admiring the sunrise in the desert and having breakfast. You can then shower before enjoying a 40-minute camel ride in the desert.
You will travel through the Drâa Valley and pass through Agdez before arriving in Ouarzazate, where you will visit the Kasbah Taourirt which will reveal its historical treasures to you. In the afternoon, you will return to Marrakech with the possibility of taking a break to enjoy a delicious meal in Ouarzazate or on the way.
Your adventure will end in the early evening in Marrakech, after discovering spectacular landscapes and the exciting Berber culture.
