Elegantly decorated and lovingly curated by its owners, the villa features Italian designer furniture, stunning artwork, and a captivating collection of Moroccan pieces. Every detail has been considered to create a space that blends comfort, style, and authenticity.

The villa offers four refined suites, each with its own en suite bathroom and equipped with both floor and ceiling air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. The master suite includes a beautifully crafted dark wood dresser—a standout piece that adds both elegance and practicality to your stay.

After a day on the course, unwind with a drink at the Fairmont Royal Palm luxury hotel, located just 900 meters away. For an additional fee, you can also enjoy access to the hotel’s tennis courts, world-class spa, and gym facilities.

A dedicated team—including a cook, cleaning lady, and housekeeper (depending on guest numbers)—will be at your service throughout your stay, along with a gardener to care for the grounds and maintain the pool, ensuring every moment at Villa Sawsan is serene, seamless, and unforgettable.

Booking Conditions & Minimum stay :

Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
