Spanning 319 m² (3,435 sq ft), Villa Amelkis Charm offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and separate toilet. Every room is equipped with plush bathrobes, Les Sens de Marrakech bath products, hairdryers, safes, and flat-screen TVs for your ultimate comfort.

The enchanting 600 m² (6,458 sq ft) garden provides a peaceful outdoor retreat, featuring a striking 6 x 3 m (19 x 10 ft) heated deep-blue swimming pool, sun loungers, and a stylish outdoor lounge perfect for unwinding in serene tranquility.

Inside, the spacious living room invites you to relax with its warm-toned sofas, flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace—ideal for cooler evenings. The villa also offers both an elegant indoor dining room with views over a tranquil pond and a charming outdoor dining area for al fresco meals.

Booking Conditions & Minimum stay :

Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
