Nestled within the prestigious Royal Palm golf estate, this exceptional villa is surrounded by a lush environment of centuries-old olive trees, blooming rose bushes, orange trees, and fragrant Mediterranean and African flora.
Designed to evoke a sense of both luxury and tranquility, the interior features a warm and sophisticated palette, offering spacious communal areas and four private bedrooms, each carefully crafted for comfort. The villa’s striking architecture is defined by its clean lines, elevated terraces, and a stunning heated swimming pool that extends into the heart of the home, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior living.
The 2,870 m² (30,900 sq ft) landscaped garden has been thoughtfully designed, drawing inspiration from the native vegetation of the lower Atlas Mountains. Cacti and ancient olive trees are complemented by two striking sculptures, enhancing the garden’s artistic and botanical charm.
The villa offers four bedrooms, each equipped with both floor and ceiling air conditioning and en suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub, three with showers). The fourth bedroom is located in a separate guest house, offering added privacy and its own bathroom. Inside, a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area, television, and sound system provide a comfortable space to gather. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire villa, including the garden, and each suite is equipped with its own TV.
The interiors are brought to life through vibrant African-inspired décor and naïve art, adding character and warmth to every space. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, Villa Quantum Atlas offers an idyllic retreat for up to 8 guests within its 370 m² (3,982 sq ft) of living space, and a private heated swimming pool measuring 14 x 6 meters (46 x 20 ft).
A dedicated staff—including a cook, cleaning lady, and housekeeper (depending on guest numbers)—is at your service, along with a gardener to maintain the grounds and swimming pool, ensuring your stay is both effortless and extraordinary.
Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
