Welcome to Villa Kenza, a serene haven designed for unforgettable moments of relaxation. Located within the prestigious Royal Palm golf estate, the villa is surrounded by century-old olive trees, blooming rose bushes, citrus trees, and a symphony of fragrant Mediterranean and African flora. Set on a magnificent 2,800 m² plot, the garden is a true Eden—where gentle curves, rich textures, and vibrant colors create a tranquil, sensory paradise.
This beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated villa offers four spacious suites, each with floor and ceiling air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and private en suite bathrooms crafted with your comfort in mind. One suite features both a bathtub and shower, while the other three include walk-in showers. Each bathroom is equipped with soft towels, a magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer.
The villa also features a large, welcoming living room with satellite TV and a SONOS sound system, a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a stylish dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire property, including all indoor spaces, the terrace, swimming pool, and gazebo. Each suite is also equipped with its own satellite television.
In a chic and refined atmosphere where every detail has been thoughtfully curated, Villa Kenza invites you to unwind with friends or family and soak in the peaceful ambiance of this 400 m² residence. Accommodating up to 8 guests in absolute comfort, the villa also boasts a private heated swimming pool measuring 18 x 5 meters (60 x 16 ft).
After a day on the golf course, just 200 meters away, you can (at an additional cost) enjoy a drink at the Fairmont Royal Palm Luxury Hotel, play tennis, indulge in the spa, or make use of the estate’s gym facilities.
A dedicated team—including a cook, cleaning lady, and housekeeper (depending on the number of guests)—will be at your service throughout your stay, along with a gardener to ensure the grounds and pool are perfectly maintained.
Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
