The villa features six luxurious suites—including three on the ground floor—and a beautifully designed dormitory that sleeps six, all with en suite bathrooms to ensure ultimate privacy and convenience.
Upstairs, the master suite and two additional suites open onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the golf course and the villa’s lush private garden—a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset contemplation.
For added comfort and accessibility, the property is equipped with an elevator serving all three levels of the home.

Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
