Villa DAR PHILIA is located in the direction of the Ourika Valley, in a small private estate of 5 villas. Marrakech is 20 minutes, the golf courses of Amelkis, Royal, Al Maaden and Palmgolf Ourika are only 15 minutes. The other main golf courses are between 20 and 30 minutes. An ideal place to rest and discover the magnificent golf courses of Marrakech!
Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
