The villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms: three with king-size beds (200 x 200) and one with twin beds (100 x 200). Fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating, it ensures comfort in every season. A private massage room adds a touch of indulgent relaxation to your stay.
To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience, a private cook, housekeeper, and cleaning staff (depending on the number of guests) are at your service, along with a gardener dedicated to maintaining the grounds and pool.
The villa is located in the famous Royal Palm Estate, at km 12, on the Amizmiz road, 15 minutes from the Medina and all the attractions of Marrakech. Within 5 minutes, you will find 5 other golf courses (Samanah Golf, Noria Golf, Atlas Golf, Montgomerie Golf, Argan Golf), and 15 minutes from the Assoufid Golf Course and the Palm Golf Ourika.
Minimum stay: 5 nights during the low season, 6 nights in high season, and 7 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
For stays shorter than 5 nights, a 20% surcharge applies to the standard rates and bookings are subject to the owner’s approval.
Weekly rentals are preferably scheduled from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
